    If you have intimated a claim to us, please submit the complete documents quickly. If you have already submitted the documents, please ignore this message. We will process & finalize your claim at the earliest. Please note that due to the pandemic, we are seeing a very large inflow of claims. Kindly bear with us for the time taken.

    Submission of KYC documents is mandatory for processing of a claim. The acceptable KYC documents are:
    (i) Proof of Identity
    1. PAN/Form 60 (Mandatory), 2. Aadhar -Masked, 3. Voter ID Card, 4. Driving Licence, 5. Passport. 6.. MNREGA Card:
    and
    (ii) Proof of Address
    1. If Proof of Identity contains valid proof of address one KYC document is sufficient. Otherwise, the following are accepted 1. Utility Bill(Gas, Electricity, Telephone, Mobile, Municipal/Panchayat Tax receipt etc) and 2. Bank/Post Office Passbook Statement.
