Maternity Health Insurance

Get your delivery expenses covered

Maternity health insurance is a health policy that provides extensive coverage for all pregnancy-related medical expenses, including hospitalization costs, delivery (normal and C-sec), pre and post-natal care, medical tests, and newborn baby expenses. Maternity insurance offers financial stability and helps women prepare themselves for raising their baby.
Nowadays, corporates add maternity benefits as a rider or part of their health insurance policy for female employees. In India, maternity insurance plans have a waiting period ranging from 9 months to 6 years, depending on the insurance provider. Expectant mothers can get quality healthcare facilities, and their delivery costs are covered under the maternity health insurance policy.
